Two Italians Transferred from Alligator Alcatraz, Says Ministry

Miami: The Italian Consulate in Miami has successfully arranged for the transfer of two Italian nationals, previously held at the notorious ‘Alligator Alcatraz’, to another facility in Florida, specifically at Krome, as announced by the foreign ministry.

According to Ansa News Agency, the statement from the ministry also mentioned that the families of the two individuals, Fernando Eduardo Artese and Gaetano Cateno Mirabella Costa, have been notified about the transfer. The facility known as Alligator Alcatraz derives its name from the surrounding alligator-infested waters in the Everglades.
