Bunker and tanker group, Monjasa has appointed Mikkel Kannegaard as its new General Manager in Copenhagen as of November 2017.
Mikkel Kannegaard joins Monjasa from his current position as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of global logistics company Damco’s IMEA region. With this appointment, Monjasa thus continue building a solid foundation for the future development of its core business
Enhancing services from Copenhagen
Currently located in the U.A.E, Mikkel will embark on his new journey from Monjasa’s Dubai office, before returning to Denmark and settling in Copenhagen as General Manager. In this position, his main assignments will be to strengthen business development activities and deepen partnerships and personal relations across Monjasa’s Northern Europe operations.

Mikkel Kannegaard holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and a leadership degree from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He has developed his professional career with the A.P Moller-Maersk Group, holding several prominent positions, including Manager at Maersk Logistics in China, Personal Assistant to Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller in Denmark, and Chief Operating Officer at Damco in Dubai.
