Japan’s Inpex sells Jan-Feb loading Murban, Das crude via tender – sources

Japanese oil explorer Inpex has sold Murban and Das crude cargoes for loading in January and February at premiums of 25 cents to 30 cents a barrel above the grades’ respective official selling prices (OSP), two trade sources said.

The cargoes were sold via a private tender last week, they said.

Inpex’s rare tender for two-month supplies was partly prompted by the expiry of the operating licence for ADMA-OPCO concession in March as Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (Adnoc) has yet to decide which companies it will partner with under new contracts, the sources said.
