The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, on Wednesday in Luanda Province appointed Soraya Teresa de Jesus Mateus Kalongela, to the position of Secretary of State for Secondary Education.

On another decree, President João Lourenço dismissed Gildo Matias José from the position of Secretary of State for Secondary Education.
